Returns & Refunds Policy

Steve Riley Art is a small business that utilises a made-to-order business model. This means I don't hold any inventory and work with production partners to produce our inventory as needed. As our customers place orders, we place orders with our suppliers to produce the items. I do this to keep our costs low and quality high!

Quality Guarantee: I aim to ensure you receive the item you ordered quickly and without defects. If your item arrives damaged or with a print defect, we'll offer you a replacement or a refund.

Returns Process:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your item at info@steverileyart.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos or a video of the defective item.
  2. Once approved, we will provide a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and the address of the nearest warehouse for returns.
  3. Please use a trackable mail service for your return. We are not responsible for lost or missing packages.
  4. Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. A refund receipt will be emailed to you.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:

  • Digital items cannot be returned or exchanged due to their nature.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Used or customer-damaged items are not eligible for refunds.

Late or Missing Refunds: Refunds are processed immediately after approval. If you haven't received your refund, please:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. If you've done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Delivery: All orders are shipped within 2-7 business days. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team at info@steverileyart.com. This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details or missed parcel deliveries.

Tracking Information: Tracking numbers will be emailed to you as soon as they become available.

Incorrect Shipping Address: If you've entered the wrong shipping address, email us as soon as possible. We might be able to correct it if your order hasn't been processed yet. However, we can't promise changes if the order has already been shipped. We are not responsible for incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Order Cancellation: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order before it has been processed, a 15% cancellation fee will be applied to cover restocking fees and charges assessed to us by the credit card companies.

Invalid Reasons for Returns:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse.
  • Finding items cheaper elsewhere.

By placing an order, you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the items.
